I paid to have the cavity walls of my bungalow insulated by Warmerhomes in 2005. We did not feel any difference and there were no savings in my energy bills. In an attempt to keep warmer, we had 2 double glazed windows replaced with new ones. When the old ones were out, I looked in the cavities and saw that they were empty ! I phoned the Company and after a survey they insulated the walls, under guarantee. I wrote to Mr. Godfrey, the CEO, and expressed my dissatisfaction but received no reply. Be warned !!!

Do not under any circumstances use The Warmer Group. They will lie and promise you the world to get a sale. Once they have your money, forget about any aftercare or recourse over their incompetent work. You have been warned.
