The hotel in general needs some updates. Specifically in the bathroom and the floors. The staff is very unprofessional and rude. I tried to order diner at 18.15 hours by the reception and the receptionist was not happy at all. It seems that we were asking for a favor to someone who doesn't want to help you. Btw, the menu on the website has nothing to do with what she offered us and really expensive. I hope that the owners of the hotel realize that the costumer are having bad experiences bcoz of small details like not even saying good evening when you come along by the reception.

Nice hotel, surrounding by a lot of tree, free mini golf. The room was fine, clean but quite old, and abit noisy for the room next to the stairs

This hotel has seen better times. It is really outdated and not very clean not really up to standards for "4 stars". Staff is very young and not very professional. Restaurant has really poor quality and a lot of annoying flies. The location is great thought hopefully after their renovation it will get better.

Our day of relaxation turned out to be a day of desperation, sad to say. A few of the points that made us give only one star: 1. After we checked in and were given the key we wanted to get into the room but they had just started to clean it. We waited in the stairway for about 10 minutes. The cleaners were not apologizing at all and did not even tell us the room was finished so we entered the room when they were gone. 2. The room was extremely smelly. There was an overwhelming body odour of sweat in the room. 3. The room was old. Wallpaper was peeling off the walls. 4. We were cold. The thermostat in the room did not work. We called the reception 3 times without a positive result. We had to sleep with our clothes on to stay warm. 5. The tv in the room was so far from the bed that we were not able to read the subtitles on the TV screen. 6. The shower was not nice because the hot and cold water kept changing even when the temperature was set on 38 degrees and it flooded the whole bathroom which is not very nice if the access to the toilet is also flooded. 7. The hotel's interior is really dated and old. Most of it needs change or to be freshened up. The hotel still boasts on the past prestige and poshness but it is really long gone and shabby. 8. The Spa is really small. You only have access from 3PM till 8PM. The next day the spa opens at 10AM, which doesn't give much time if you have to be checked out by 11AM. 9. We will not recommend this hotel. Other Fletcher hotels that we have tried before in other cities were not like this. So maybe this is an exception.

Mainly went to the wellness part for an afternoon. Glad we did as it was a nice experience. It's not large, but you can relax well and even order some food and drinks in between

Good hotel, but not perfect. Depending on what you are looking for, this hotel may a perfect fit or not fitting at all. The beds are really good, even for tall people (2 meter). The rooms (including the bathroom) are pretty big. The isolation is great as well, you won't hear neighbors at all. The swimming pool is very simple and small, but still a nice thing to have. The worst part of the hotel was the food. Dinner is decent, but with the lack of choice, average quality and high prices I recommend to eat somewhere else. Breakfast is very basic as there is very little choice. During my stay, the bacon was almost burned as well. The location is nice, but not really stunning. In short: Perfect if you just need a place to sleep, not a good choice if you want to eat and live here. Just to sleep: 5 / 5 stars For a vacation: 2.5 / 5 stars.

Somewhat dated but still very pleasant large-scale country hotel. Ample parking available. Pleasant bar and lounge. Indoor and outdoor pool. We came with a group here to do an Eko-tour and enjoyed a good quality lunch beforehand.
