Recently exchanged my 18 year old C Class Mercedes for a SLK AMG. Due to the CV19 restrictions the whole process took over 3 months which was not a problem as I was not going too far in either car. John kept the SLK under lock and key as requested and completed all arrangements as promised. Very impressed. After sales service was good as a couple of settings had to be explained. Will certainly use Bentleys again for servicings, repairs and MOTs. Thank you John.
Not good with communicating, however they do a good job and don't charge too much.
