Really good gym, plenty of machines and free weights, all the equipment your ever need for a good training session wether man or woman.
Love it here, pop down every couple months, no frills bells and whistles, just weights, couple cardio bits and a boxing bag, has changing rooms and a shower. Staff always happy and great to chat with
Try and go everytime I come down and see family. Really wish this was my local gym. The atmosphere and fellow gymgoers really encourage you to push hard.
