First class customer service. I was trying to check my click and collect order had arrived and when I phoned up I got through to the pharmacy, the lady who answered went to check it was in for me, that was so helpful. When collecting my order I was served by another helpful assistant, well done boots!

Prescriptions aren't tracked by their aging computer system. They will say it's collected and refuse to serve you even though they have lost the order and it's all their fault. Poor experience, they all look overworked and it's always busy for prescriptions. I'd recommend going somewhere else less busy and more caring.
Couldn't get what I wanted today, a lot of empty shelves, but the staff were lovely.
Good boots with everything you need, I came to this one as it was bigger and was looking for something others didn't have and they had what I needed and I noticed they had lots of stock and great range of items. Good layout well labelled and no problems.
Always very helpful staff and everyone inside abides by the rules.
