Always brilliant service highly recommended.. also to other review.. Boots don't tell me when my prescription is ready, I know when its ready and pick it up.. it's my prescription?

Over the last year, they've (1) lost my prescription and failed to tell me I needed to revive it, (2) failed to tell me when my prescription has been ready to pick up, then disposed of it, and (3) had my prescription virtually thrown at me when the store has been busy. I've lost MONTHS of my prescribed medication because this place just can't deliver.
