For the second time CEX Exmouth offer me a 10% discount off a phone only to say 'the offer was a mistake' when I return with the cash. You could forgive me for thinking this is perhaps a sales technique? I voiced my opinion as I thought it was unfair especially as this has happened before. If you make a deal you honour it right? Okay, one staff member apologised and they did reduced the price in part but another staff member just kept talking over me saying 'Whats your problem? You've got a good deal, you wanna wind your neck in!' From this point on, every time I opened my mouth to speak she just cut me down telling me I was rude. Now, I did choose to buy the phone but this experience was horrible. I don't think I've ever known customer service as bad as this anywhere. Just awful.
