I was recently prescribed some new tablets and the pharmacist rang me a couple of times to check how I was getting on with my new medication this made me feel very safe and supported thank you for fabulous service.

Nasty staff, bully people with disabilities, aggressive and rude.

My dad lost his medication while on holiday in Devon and all the staff at Clarepharm were amazing, helping me arrange an emergency prescription and organising for the part of the prescription they did not have in stock to be filled at another pharmacy. Thank you so much!

Bless the poor staff in there. They work so hard, but it goes wrong too often. I often had problems with prescriptions being wrong or missing. They blamed the electronic system. And before I went into hospital, my doctor prescribed some pain relief and clean-up materials. The pharmacist on duty told me he wouldn’t fulfil the entire prescription because “it didn’t look right”. I felt powerless to do anything about it, so I just enjoyed the short supply I was allowed then suffered in pain until I recovered. In contrast, I never had any problems at Tesco’s pharmacy.

I called in today to colect a routine repeat prescription, issued by my GP on25/4. When I got home I realised that several items were missing from the bag, so returned to clarepharm to ask what had happened. They then found another bag with more meds in it. I asked to check everything as there had alresdy been one error. Eventually a further two meds were found that had been missed from the first two bags. The pharmacist at first blamed the doctors, then the electronic system for the problems. If I had not insisted on checking everything I would have been left without essential medication, and this could have gone unnoticed resulting in my becoming very ill. The pharmacist was unable to issue a copy of the complaints procedure, then suggested I could write to the chairman of the company. He wrote tis down on a scrap of waste paper, but then had to correct it as he \put the wrong name down\. The address was a private address, not a company address. At no point did anyone acknowledge the error, or apologise. Frightening to think that peoples lives depend on this team to issue the correct medication.
