Hard to give a review and l would like to leave no stars at all. I have never left such a negative review before, however after preordering a Hornby Oliver Cromwell in November and seeing other suppliers with stock [now sold out] l waited for notification that my item was ready to dispatch after payment made. I waited until just before Christmas before speaking to a member of staff on the phone, l was told that we are getting round to the preorders as they were very busy with the Christmas orders. No further contact was made and i subsequently called and emailed on numerous occasion and left messages, to these l have received no replies at all. I have on addition 3 Hornby Dublo diecast Locomotive preorders with this business and they are in jeopardy due to the appalling customer service or rather total lack of experienced so far. Colletts get your act together and please pay the courtesy of some kind of communication.

Ordered a OO scale Hornby Railroad Class 47 between Christmas and New Year. I didn't get any confirmation so I sent a follow up message, which was responded to very quickly. I ordered a Class 87 and received a call from the shop to apologise for the delay and to confirm that both items would be posted the same day. Arrived at my house before 9am the next morning, well packaged. Both models are excellent and great value for money. I have pre-ordered a new model and will definitely shop here again.
