Devon cliffs own private beach, firstly a fantastic place to stay, the views from the caravans on the park itself are amazing, plus the beach is flat and sandy after a bit of a steep walk down, which is perfect to go swimming, sunbathe, or just relax or maybe go for a stroll feeling the sand between your toes, it really does feel like paradise! No dogs are allowed on this beach from May til October, and you can walk to Exmouth if you're feeling energetic, but be careful of the tide as there are two sections of rocks that you will not get round if the tide is fully in, as I found to my disadvantage and had to walk all the way back to join the coastal path above.

Nice site, if a bit big, near a nice flat beach. Steep walking around the site, especially to the beach. Was October when we went, still quite busy, the facilities wouldn't cater for the sheer volume of people in peak season. Visit let down by horrible Newman's caravan.
A beautiful location with superb facilities. It is looked after extremely well. The spring flowers and shrubs around the Parc are amazing. Fantastic views out to sea, along the coastline and the Exe estuary. Also across to the hills of Dartmoor.
Lovely holiday park, very clean, lots to do and staff very friendly and helpful
Great place for families, beautiful sandy beach, nightly shows for both children and adults
