Mark and his fellow colleagues were extremely professional but also caring and respectful right from the start. With Covid it could have been very difficult but Mark kept us informed on what would happen next and he made all of the arrangements for us. He made what was a very difficult time easier to cope with. Even getting the ashes for us. I cannot recommend Crews and Son more highly. Thank you from Barbara, Peter and Zena

I initially called at a weekend and spoke with the out-of-hours team at Dignity who were helpful & sympathetic. They advised I would receive a call first thing on Monday morning from Crews which I did. Mark was excellent. He was compassionate, friendly & professional throughout the difficult time of arranging my Dad's funeral. Appointments were made with the minimum of fuss and nothing felt pressured or rushed. I really didn't have to worry as Mark took care of everything & it helped me to feel better knowing that Dad was safe and cared for by Mark & his team. Would highly recommend Crews & Son.

We chose Crews & son after the death of my husband in October. Our designated funeral director was Mark Hudson. Mark was amazing, Myles was only 28 when he passed and Mark understood from our first meeting how we would like the funeral to go and how different we would like to do it. Having never arranged a funeral before, I was quite anxious about dealing with my mother's recently. I was fortunate that she had already bought a funeral plan so it was all pre-paid and there were few decisions to make. Having said that, there still would have been room for difficulties, had the family not had the terrific support from Mark and his team. Everything was just perfect - he recommended a minister who was kind and understanding and a florist that produced exactly the right wreath. Everything was taken care of and we had very little to do. Everything went well on the day and I'm so grateful to Mark for making a difficult time so much easier. I can't recommend them more highly. Thank you.
