I went into Desire today looking for a watch. The guys in there were very friendly and professional. They helped me to choose the right watch and I couldn't resist buying a necklace for my wife - they have some really beautiful, contemporary pieces. I can highly recommend this shop. I'll definitely be back!

Recently bought a wedding ring from Desire which I am very happy with. Both guys in the shop were helpful, friendly and advised on sizing and the different options available. Would highly recommend using them.

Utterly fabulous experience! I have had the most beautiful bangle made from sentimental family gold jewellery. The service from start to finish has been great . The outcome is totally superb. I cannot thank Erhan @Desire Exmouth enough. Obviously I highly recommend Desire Exmoth.

Left two upmarket gents watches with the owner last summer to have batteries replaced. The Longines was damaged in the process and had to be sent away for repair. When payment was due the final cost exceed the original verbal quotation. Looks like I paid for the damage caused by the owner. Not too impressed. Last August an upmarket 7 month old pearl necklace was left with the owner to be restrung. After just 16 weeks it fell apart and we were told it had to be restrung once again. It took over three weeks to be repaired and again, the final cost exceeded the original verbal quotation. Not impressed at all. Bizarrely, the owner informed us that the pearl necklace was made of glass. This is total rubbish as the peals passed the \ tooth \ test ( look it up on Google ) and justified the 950 cost from a very upmarket jeweller, Goldsmiths, in Exeter. Pity I had to award one star regarding this review.
