Do not under any circumstances use this absolutely useless so called agent for rentals. Many people have expressed how useless it is particularly when it comes to issues of horrendous noisy neighbours. Several letters and telephone calls about awful noisy tenant, over THREE years and nothing has been resolved. I would have given a minus star , unfortunately, I’m forced to reluctantly allocate one. Truly dreadful company
I was instructed under Eaton Terry Clark to undertake cleaning of the communal areas at one of the properties that they manage locally. I have to say how fantastic they have been to us at JR's Cleaning Services in every possible way. We are a small business and a very busy one but they are always on hand if needed, they pay on time, every single time (even though my invoices are always late....), but most importantly of all, they are always happy to help and go the extra mile. I'm just a cleaning contractor but I would say that if you need a responsible agent, these guys have no other competition locally and you'd be missing a trick if you passed them by. Jules.
