I’ve been with EE for years and in my time I’ve never had such a decent bloke serve me or help me with any query or any trouble I’ve had with my phone or my contract etc. Luke Smith of the exmouth branch now manager of another branch. What a lovely and helpful bloke customer service second to none!

Happy and friendly, go above and beyond to help, fully stocked on everything you can need, i just got an SD card, but the guys in there convinced me when my contract has run out from O2 soon to make the switch!

Highly recommended!!! Went in today for an upgrade,ian boyd was extremely helpful.nothing was too much trouble for him and unlike other phone shops he didn't try and push me into taking out a contract for more money.EE is definitely the place to go

Went into EE and rather joyous chap called Luke approaches me asking if I need help. I told him I wanted a phone which wouldn’t cost me too much per month. He took me straight over to the desk and provided me with relevant deal for the phone I wanted... THEY WERE WAY TOO HIGH for what I was prepared to pay, so he starting tapping on his keyboard a few times and found me a deal that I was more then happy with. Luke sorted out the phone for me and even helped me switch it on! He started using phrases like DATA a ROAMING and the passion he had for his job was incredible.... he sounded like he knew what he was on about. If you ask me, get yourself into EE and ask for Luke as he is the man with your 4G plan! That name again is LUKE
