Exe Pilates offer a variety of classes to suit all, from complete beginners. The classes are small, with a maximum of about 12 pet class so that the instructor can give individual afternoon to each person if needed. All the instructors are friendly, they put you at ease and make you feel comfortable, and help you to perform the moves correctly. Prices are reasonable and if you miss a class through sickness, there is sometimes a chance to 'catch up' with another class (if there is a space)
Attend weekly classes; caters for individual needs with different class levels. Very near car park if required.
