Advertise bikes they don't have. Zero customer service. Given the current situation you'd think retailers would at least try and do their bit when supporting local businesses. These clowns are ones to avoid.

Exceptional service! Other bike places were promising it would be done in a week for a 5 minute job. I called Exmouth cycles and it was done within 5 minutes for a great price. Exceptional service. Would recommend again and again and again! Will be going here first next time I have any issues with mine or my girlfriend’s bike!
