Have just got back from seeing Karen and having micro suction in my left ear. After 3 months of struggling to hear, within 15 minutes of an appointment my hearing was as good as new! Couldn't recommend Karen highly enough if you're having difficulties hearing.

I went to see Karen this morning after contacting her with one deaf ear. I got an appointment within a couple of days. I was very impressed indeed a very pleasant atmosphere, beautifully clean and a lovely room that was Just perfect. The appointment was over very quickly with 2 fully functioning ears! Definitely would recommend Karen who was also extremely careful about hygiene and many precautions were in place due to Covid. A brilliant service and I already have recommended Karen to a friend. Having been completely deaf in my left ear for over 10 days, and with no help from my local surgery, discovering Karen at Hear Again has been an absolutely joy. I am literally writing this review on a coach ride back, now able to finally hear again. Karen is an absolute professional, with a lovely manner, and pefect adherence to Covid hygine standards. I couldn't have felt in better/safer hands. Everything was explained clearly, after care advice was thoughtful and clear, and the experience was that of sheer relief. I rarely write reviews, but Hear Again absolutely deserves 5 stars or more. I couldn't recommend more highly and will be using this service again in the future. Prices were also reasonable and the environment was lovely. Thank you Karen for helping me to hear again!
Went to see Karen today after not being able to hear out of my right ear for a week. Not only was she fully suited and booted in full PPE (and looking fabulous in it!) she sorted my ear out in about 30 seconds! Now I can hear again and I am so happy! All completely painless and easy. Karen is a true professional and all round wonderful person! I can't recommend her enough!
