When purchasing a G&T don't expect a slice of lime as per normal etiquette as this is NOT a cocktail bar according to the landlord... . Apparently. We understand this is a local but if that's the case don't serve flavoured gins but not serve with the right accompaniments. Standard G&T lime wherever you go. Also, we've been here 4 times when staying at a local-ish campsite hoping to eat, also, but food not available. We like to support local business but not when they are arrogant about it.
A well kept selection of real ales.
