Went in with the simple idea of opening a new savings account. The staff member was brilliant with her advice. We discussed account options throughly enough to consider other financial options to enable me to, not only save me money- but also, leave better off than when I went in. They handled all the moving of my direct debits and standing orders to my new account without a hitch. Fantastic service from start to finish. Free hot drinks and WiFi an added bonus.
