Dreadful experience at Spring Cottage. After a ten month tenancy in which we had constant electrical/water/plumbing/gate problems we had to take the landlord to TDS to get our deposit back after spurious claims of damage. The TDS found in our favour and returned all our deposit. Then we had to threaten to take him to court to get our money back for the oil we left behind. An appalling tenancy.
