I found Ross the manager and his staff extremely helpful and nothing was too much trouble for them. Great customer service from Ross and his advice about the products i was looking at really helped me to make my decision. I will definitely be shopping there again. I even brought a Hospiscare bag which he told me was his chosen charity to raise money for. Amazing!!

1 star because i cant give NONE. Appalling attitude from the idiotic manager who told us his name was Ross when we advised his staff that we were going to raise a complaint with his head office regarding his attitude. He accused my wife of shoplifting after she mistakenly didn't return an item of clothing from the changing room, which incidentally were full of items other customers had not returned and were in a bit of a mess. He confronted my wife in the shop and shouted at her in a very unprofessional way, see other comments on this site. He then stormed around the shop shouting randomly about customers attitudes and such like. If they didnt have the shorts i wanted i wouldn't have bothered. I wont be going back there and i WILL NOT be recommending it AT ALL, but i will be going out of my way to go to the Exeter branch in future.
