I can highly recommend this company. The prices are extremely competitive and the customer service is outstanding. They respond immediately and very professionally coming to quick solutions. Not great. Had great prices, and stated on website orders before 4pm despatched same day for next day delivery. Picked an item in stock that I needed urgently. No email confirming dispatch. Called the next day and was told my item will not be dispatched for another 3 days. When I complained that I needed the item next day delivery I was told this was not available on all items, which is not clear from the website. I was given a refund but this has left me having to order the item from another supplier at extra delivery cost. Cleared delivery information needed
The worst service ever! I've ordered 3 times from this company and every time, the goods have been delayed and we have been given conflicting information about delivery times from different members of staff. I've been promised call-backs and emails to update an order status and no-one makes contact. If this Company tells you the goods are on the way, do not trust them! I won't be using their service again!
