We drove up from Cornwall specially to have a SOG toilet conversion fitted and we're really glad we made the effort. Thoroughly impressed with all aspects - a friendly and expert approach, all the right tools, a speedy and well organised service. Highly recommended and won't hesitate to go again for other bits and pieces. Not least, the bill was the same as the estimated cost!

Absolutely terrible service and will never go there again! I was quoted 80 for the replacement of a gas regulator (parts plus labour) and charged 240! The job required was inspected by the manager before he ordered the part so there is no excuse for this level of error.

Disgraceful customer service from this company. My husband placed an order on 24/8. As the order was submitted your website fell over. No order confirmation BUT you have charged his credit card. Three days later, having tried to contact you via phone (mailbox full), email (no response), Facebook Messenger (no response) it seems his only option is to report the transaction as fraudulent to his bank.

Outdoor Bits.I have been going to David for a number of years now. It's a 160 mile round trip and there are Motorhome services centres within 10 miles of my home. This alone should indicate the respect In which I hold him and the rest of his team! David is experienced and extremely thorough with all aspects of his work. I have no reservations at all about recommending Outdoor Bits to any other motorhome owners!!
