Gemma served us and was very helpful in helping us choose a harness for our Labrador. Being a very lively chap her patience and advice in getting him the right one was great. I would of given 5 stars but the stock in the shop was limited to what was available for us to purchase there and then although she did offer us the option to order anything in. Thank you Gemma!

Staff are all really friendly and knowledgeable about the products and abbot animals in general. Whenever we visit they always enquire after our dogs, it's nice to be remembered. Prices are reasonable and opening hours are great - perfect for popping to in the evening or at the weekend. Our dogs love the pick n mix biscuits!
