Great location, well thought out designs and a good service to sort usual snagging of new home.

Unusually decent new build plots, in a fantastic location.
Inconsiderate builders, dust, crack of dawn starts, numerous lorries and foul language. Not to mention the reports of subsidence and having to stop building whilst foundation issues were looked at.
A brilliant place to visit with plenty of things to see and do.

Live opposite building site and the mess and noise is pretty unbearable
