A convenient store with a good range of produce. The staff aren't particularly well-trained in customer service but Tesco seem to be lacking in this area more and more. So don't expect a friendly welcome but do expect good prices.
What is the point in having a number for customers to ring online if it doesn’t bloody work!
I usually shop here early mornings on my way to work, and the aisles are usually crammed with cages of stock at this time in the morning making getting around difficult (as well as loads of cardboard in piles on the floor). I usually have to move cages out of the way to get what I need from the shelves. Staff more often than not loudly talking to each other from different aisles, usually about how drunk they got at the weekend. When I’ve needed to buy behind the counter items which I can’t do at the self-service tills, I have to ring the bell. On 3 occasions staff members have audibly complained after I’ve rang the bell, and one member of staff actually told me that they were supposed to finish putting out the stock that they had opened before answering the Bell. This was after I rang the bell a second time because the first time she looked over a me, rolled her eyes and ignored me. Would have got 1 star, but I gave it 2 because there are a couple of nice staff members here. New Years resolution is to pack my own lunch so I won’t be returning.
well lit, queuing system was Efficient, didn't find the sliding doors were able to match my pace when exiting the store hence only four stars
