I had an excellent experience with Whizz Kids Toys since the beginning. It all started when I made an enquiry for a balance bike for my toddler. Kes responded very quickly to my questions and gave honest opinions, not for the sake of selling a bike but according to what’s best for her customer - which is me in this case :) Finally, I bought the balance bike from her. It required some extra effort from her as I do not live in the UK. Anyhow, the bike arrived within 3 days! I couldn’t be more satisfied! Good bike, good price, trustworthy, helpful, quick responses and fast delivery!
