Worst experience in all my years with this inept company. They’re exceedingly overpriced for the quality of what they sell. When they sent my order to another state, and couldn’t refund me, I was furious. I called, emailed, and eventually had to dispute the charges with my credit card company. It takes much time, aggravation, and being on hold explaining to their customer service reps who do nothing to help. I never received a refund, but they charged my credit card anyway. (and YOU have to pay 7.00 to return an item) that’s IF you get it. I had to wait for weeks for the order that I never received and there was no help from their customer service department. I must have called them 10 times and they blamed it on the postal service. Just terrible business practices on their part. I’ve never had as bad an experience with any other online order EVER! I will never buy from them again. Take my advice and buy from Amazon. They stand behind their products and returns are super easy. Express is the absolute WORST!

Great customer service from staff both times I've gone. Unfortunately, it's tough to find above a size 12 in the store, except for a couple of rare pieces. However, they're happy to order what you want straight to your house with free shipping if you order from the store. Returns are paid out of pocket, though.

Well...the clothes are really nice and high quality. The staff there however could take lessons on being a little more polite. They might want to remember that while they work in an upscale clothing place, they're not better than everyone that comes in there.

Great staff and good selection with the sizes available (I'm petite with a medium build body tyle). I can be a little fashionably challenged at times, and they always make really great suggestions when helping out. Love shopping here and always have.
