I dont shop here often, but have been on the hunt for jeans and was told by a friend to go to Express. I was in the store for 20 minutes looking around and not 1 employee greeted me or asked if they could help me find anything which is why I cant give 5 stars. An employee did acknowledge me when I wanted a fitting room and was very friendly when I checked out.

Stopped in as a last resort to find an outfit for my upcoming birthday. Khya greeted me almost immediately and helped me find what I was looking for. Her suggestions were spot on, she made me feel so comfortable and confident with what I was trying on. After frustration of not finding anything that worked elsewhere, khyas attentiveness and guidment helped me find the perfect velvet jumper! Thanks so much!

Really bad management, no customer service skills what so ever. No "have a good night" or anything. And she was on her phone the whole time in front of customers . Very disappointing.

I used to love shopping with this company but this store is complete and utter garbage. The customer service is horrible. After having issues with coupons, incorrect sizes and attempting to use the credit card (that this company offers) I'm just fed up. The workers and manager doesn't even care about the issues I'm having or the fact that their system is not working. Nothing was done to try and help me with my issues. Don't shop here.
