I was introduced to Express Air Logistics by my friend, who has been using their services for a while now. I contacted Hussain, with my requirements and he would always respond swiftly to all my queries. My parcel packages were picked for me from my home in Bangalore and sent to Canada.I received my packages in 5 days through DHL. Express Air logistics checked all the products before packing, to make sure all the products would clear the customs. There was no hidden charges, everything was straight forward. I also had to pay import duty for the products, this was also mentioned to me in advance. I received my packages at my home in Canada. Everything went well. Thank you Hussain and your team. Horrible service by owner Hussein. They CHEAT at every step of the way. I had the UNFORTUNATE THAT incident of working with them to transfer my stuff. The guy speaks in very professional way but once they collect the cargo is when the real game starts. I paid about 1000 USD for my cargo which they claimed would be handled professionally and within 7 working days. Right when they packed it Hussein will tell you that they will send package in lot of 3 for "Custom Reasons" and then would say.. are you fine with it ? Oh you better be, now you don't have much option. Then he claimed he had initiated the process to send the cargo on 9th March and as per the AWB which is a compete fake. Ultimately when I received my items BROKEN and in different packaging from what they used initially 4 weeks later. Additionally I had to pay handling charges by the local courier as he had put Cash on delivery. My request to all reading this review. Please do not ùse this company and save yourselves a lot of trouble financially as well as mentally. If you need any clarifications regarding their service, please do not hesitiate to contact me.

DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE! They take advantage of foreigners. They took multiple pictures of my passport and never sent the package. Mr. Hussein the owner was raising his voice when I asked questions about the delivery which he said cant be under my name. Which concerns me to think whether his business practices are legal. In the beginning he may seem nice because he is a smooth talker but do not fall for it--they are NOT to be trusted.

Express air logistics is Excellent courier service in Bangalore . Mr. Hussain is so polite and helpful. He goes that extra mile to help you. I have been sending pickles , sweets and spices to Houston with no effort from my side . Easy pickup from the doorstep.
