This is a terrific place to waste 2 hours looking for something that should be clearly marked. It's a labyrinth of poorly designed maizes with poor navigation and signage. There is a huge shopping center called famille station for example with tens of thousands of square meters of space and zero navigation to it. Same goes for gotomall, underground mall etc. Koreans are also completely confused by the terrible navigation signs and stupid design.

Very UNKIND. When I came out from ticket machine mistakenly, I called the customer service and requested politely to open the door to transfer. But the official answered I should pay again, and hung up the call in an undignified manner even without waiting for my answer.
My favorite shopping place in Seoul and I highly recommend it. As it was underground, we were not bounded by the weather conditions. Affordable eating options aplenty with different cuisines available. There's an interesting staircase that would make sounds as you step on it. Would definitely return here on my next trip!
Cheap and efficient. Don't drive over here take the bus!
worth the visit. most shoppers are local koreans.comfortable & convenient location.lots of shops and prices are cheaper than in seoul city
This place is great for cheap shopping in the underground market and high end shopping in the department store. It's really big and you can spend hours in here. There are lots of restaurants in the bus station terminal (really high end ones surprisingly but not too expensive). The main issue is that the signs are so confusing. They are written in English but they just confuse you. You end up going around in circles and never know where to go which really detracts from the experience. If they just fixed the signs it would be so much better. My Korean friend said the signs are even confusing in Korean!
One of best bus terminals in the world. You can find all kinds of you need including long haul bus tickets.
Favourite place EVER to shop! You can find gorgeous clothes ranging from just 2 to 20 AUD. Rule of thumb is to start from the end and work your way to the front as the end of the tunnel sells the same trendy clothes for a cheaper price. Such good quality clothes for a great bargain! Highly recommend this place for young women looking for trendy, cheap clothes. Definitely will be flying back to Seoul just to visit this place!
