Great service by an engineer that turned up on time, but had to return again due to the access to a machine that was fitted in,came back later the same day,and carried out the work professionally and at a great price,well done express repairs,
Neff dishwasher had an error message so contacted Express Repairs and had a prompt helpful response. Read earlier reviews and all good so thought I'd try them, and so glad I did. Dishwasher was taken away, tested, new part fitted and brought back and even screwed it in more firmly and fitted an anti condensation cover under worktop for me. Price was very good, clean, tidy, prompt, good communication, no hassles, worries or concerns. Would always use them now, refreshing to have such a good honest service. Really made up. Thanks. Update - Google won't allow me to post another review for some reason so soon after my last one - so adding to this one about our oven repair - again done faultlessly:- Used this small local firm a month ago when dishwasher was playing up - see earlier review above of an excellent job - and now the cooker has decided to do the same thing! Once again an appointment was arranged really easily, and Roy called out on time, identified the fan motor had worn out, fixed a new one he had on the van and was all working like new half an hour later. Wouldn't know he'd been - he is even sourcing me a new dial which had broken. Price quoted was what I initially thought was for the new motor but it was for the whole job. Could not recommend more highly - I wouldn't ever consider going anywhere else. Also very careful with Covid and whilst we had just enough cash in the house to cover the repair we could have paid by contactless electronic transfer. Would highly recommend.

After waiting three days and taking a day off, I was phoned on the day to say he doesn't cover my area!! I gave my address when booking and this was confirmed as an area they cover. So now I need to start again. Families can't wait forever for a washing machine!!!
