Micah recently sold my wife's parent's home after we attempted For Sale By Owner. While we could have possibly succeeded ourselves, it was clear that it would have taken three times the amount of time and even more of the amount of effort we cared to put forth to do so. I cannot recommend Marie Crabb enough, She was absolutely amazing with me!! I was a first time homebuyer at the time, so I knew close to nothing about buying a home at all. I was a pretty nervous for it. Marie helped me with anything and everything I needed, from the big things like making sure I don’t offer to much, to even the little things like explaining to me how little things that are wrong with a house that can affect the house over time. She was always so quick to reply whenever I needed her, and she didn’t give up on me after it took long to find a house, and I was really grateful for that.
