Nice service but not nice owner and not worth to visit again! Too expensive and have no responsibility about their product especially for the lottery ticket ( kinda gacha things but use ticket) i won the SP (the special one) and they say they sell it to personal and they don't want to change it, but just want to change with another chance to draw ticket again! And the owner not nice at all! And after long debate the staff said you can change to 1 figure on the list! And i said that before but, the owner don't want to change into another figure ( at first) Really what a day! By the way, i just got here yesterday and feels like hell! They have a discount tag and they said to me that its a normal price! Not recommend to buy in this store again! I really got lucky to get SP ( kaido ) for the lottery, but a sad things that they said, they sell it to personal ! And i wish bandai see this about this store behaviour!
