I would not even leave one star but I have to in order to post a review. As I sat here and went threw a handful of previous reviews it became extremely obvious that the upper level management of this hotel could care less about the the customers who are responsible for their paycheck and posting a review wouldn't change a thing about the way they run these places in fact they would more than likely never even be seen by them. I decided to post anyway in hopes that I could hopefully save someone else from the miserable experience I have went threw in the future. TERRIBLE , RUDE, OVERPRICED, and UNCOMFORTABLE. Columbus, GA Bradley Park would be a place I would highly recommend you to avoid. The newly employed GM lacked and customer service skills and continued to treat my family disrespectful throughout our entire 2 month stay. the whole situation was a nightmare.

Extended Stay America West Little Rock, AR location My family (which includes children), and I booked our stay through HotWire. We selected Extended Stay based on the great reviews . However, our visit was nothing close to these reviews. We stayed in a suite full of bugs (spiders, ants and beetles). With each kill, I took the nasty critters to the front desk to complain. I then decided that I would invite guest services to our room to witness the critters. I was told that my complaints would be reported to the general manager of that location. In addition, I was told that she only visits the premises in the mornings. With several complaints piled up at the front desk, we were expecting a call about our issue. As it was told to me this morning (May 29, 2018), she knew about our issue and had contacted pest control. While she handled only a portion of the problem, she neglected to communicate with the unsatisfied customers. What type of management is she practicing. Beside the critters, the carpet was stained, the sheets on the roll-out sofa smelled awful. The kitchen floor was sticky and the bathroom had a huge hole in the ceiling and in the bathtub (first room my husband stayed in on May 23rd). I was not comfortable, I was afraid to fall asleep because of the bug issue, I complained to guest services often and nothing happened. I will never stay at this dump again. We paid for six nights and could not get a refund. This was a horrible stay!

Everything about this hotel & the employees & management & location is great & I would definitely have given 5 stars if some of the employees were a bit more helpful than always saying NO!! Also the other night guys! It is very important they are more hospitable! They are in hospitality business & a smile now & then & be more helpful to the needs of customers! The management Ms. Corina is great & very helpful & I do give her 5 stars for always going out of her way to be kind & courteous. I am grateful to her & all the young ladies that work here and make life during these hard times a bit easier & truly help make me feel at home.

I stayed at the ESA-Little Rock-Financial Centre Parkway. I was forced to give an 100 cash deposit which I was not informed of when I booked two rooms. To add insult to injury, I was booked into an uncleaned room. I did not know then that my credit card was preauthorized four times. Please view the pictures:

We booked two rooms through Hotel.com at the New Port News Virginia. When we checked in we was told due to Covid they do not put the kitchen items for our stay in the room they would make us a box. I thought that was strange. When we booked we needed a Handicapped room due to my grandson being in a wheel chair. Holy Cow wgen we opened the door there was not enough room to get him around that room! The floors were nasty and Nothing was cleaned down. I asked for rooms together and mine was put all the way down the walk way on the other end of the hotel upstairs they was down stairs... so I went to my room and I walked in and oh yuck the bathroom was horrible and I went to the little kitchen the stove eyes were broken and when I moved it a Roach ran across the counter. I grabbed my bag and left went down to the other room told my son we are not staying in this nasty place. I started to get things on the car and two men who were not hiding the fact that they was doing a drug deal right there in the parking lot! I was told I would be receiving a refund and I still have not received anything back from extended stay or hotels.com teo nights I was charged 634.00 dollars. I think what really got me was the excuse well its hard with all this Covid! What???? Nightmare
