First Class

Price is not so bad but right when we arrive we feel a smokey smell (even though they say its a smoke free place) the room was not so clean and we decided to leave after just a shower but they didn't want to do even a partial refund .

I called in to check prices and availability and spoke with Michael. He was very knowledgeable and extremely friendly. He answered all of my questions thoroughly and went above and beyond getting those answers for me. If all of your staff is that friendly I will definitely be choosing this hotel for my travels.

First I'd like to say there was no trash can for the room at all. Secondly the smoke detector was chirping all night long and had a plastic bag over it from before I got into the room. When I looked in the bathroom the shower curtain looked like it had been recently used. There was no DnD sign for the door. The microwave smelled like rotten food and the stove had bits of old food wedged between the burner and edges. If this is what I get to sleep with in my room I dont think I'll be returning again. The handle to the bathroom was broken and trying to fall apart. When I sat on the couch I found a stick substance on it. And as for the signage inside of the room, it looked like someone had been bleeding on it. And good luck looking out the peep hole as its clogged up with something as well. And enjoy sleeping with pre stained linens. Out standing....

This hotel has a great General Manager, Lisa Ford and her associates, such as Butch who work at the front desk daily. They should both be promoted to managers of essential suites/facilities for life.

Carolyn's Review...................... I was pleasantly surprised when I first walked it. It smelled very clean. Room was clean. Hallway was very clean. Shower and toilet were clean. As well as the sink. I would definitely recommend that anyone stay here. Staff was friendly. But could have been a little more cheerful though. However, overall. I liked it. I give them 4 stars! Check it out!!!
