I stay at about 50 hotels a year and this was one of the worst. When I came to check in the front door was locked. When someone finally answered the door to let myself and a couple others in the desk clerk asked the man that came in with me what room he was going to. He gave her a number but couldn't give the guests name so she turned him away. This must be a common problem here. I get checked in and I'm informed the only entrance, or exit, from the building is the front door. This is not acceptable. It violates several building and fire codes. In the event of a fire noone can get out of the building if they are on the 2nd or 3rd floor. Can anyone say death trap? I'm tired so I just go to my room and figure I'll find somewhere else to stay in the morning since I had planned on 2 days. I get to my room and I am greatly disappointed. First off the smoke detector was missing. I finally found it laying in a cabinet. The draperies were tattered and torn. The room looks nothing like the website. The bed has only thin sheets and no blanket. It's winter time. It can get very cold. Their website and corporate app both say the rooms have coffee maker, cookware, dishes and cutlery. All I found in the room was 2 saucers, like you would put a coffee cup on, and 2 very small bowls. Nothing else. The water in the kitchen area sink didn't work. There was no drain plug either. I went in to the bathroom and there are stained towels and no toilet paper. Due to my late evening check in the front desk was closed so I couldn't get any toilet paper. Thank goodness I had some out in my truck. Every time I went outside I saw what appeared to be homeless people around. It looks like the hotel across the way is closed down and that is where they seemed to be every time. I did not feel like this was a safe place. I worried all night that someone was going to break into my truck. I was hoping to find somewhere to stay on my weekends off but this obviously isn't the place.

Charged me 27.15 for my dog to stay. No coffee no breakfast and you are always locked out of the front door. Nice room. Everything else sucks. Staff is dry and i am sorry people. Sorry they suck sorry they cant do anything. I will avoid in the future.
The staff while overworked and underpaid are friendly and helpful. We've been staying at several hotels lately and this is the first that hasn't given us a hard time for our service animal. And the rates are very competitive. Special thanks to Hilda.
Nice clean rooms. Loved the kitchenette. Friendly staff.
The staff here is amazing! I needed a place where I could fill like it was home. I feel 100% safe 100% of the time which is very important to me right now! They are very caring for your fur babies and that also is very important to me I could not be more grateful for this place! Thank you guys so much for everything! - Stephanie
