I reserved my room several weeks in advance when I found I would be coming to the area. When I booked, booked a room with a single king size bed. A couple of days before I was scheduled to check in I found my schedule had been changed. I called and modified my booking. When I did so, they raised my rate. When I arrived, they said that they did nothave any available queen rooms. I said that I had booked a queen and they said that I was booked as a queen. But since they had none available they put me in a double. Three days into my stay they locked me out of my room and forced me to pay a higher rate in order to get into my room. The rooms look nice, but there are roaches. When I brought this to the attention of the hotel, they moved me to another room. The new room also had roach problems worse than. The previous room. I notified management immediately and they said they would take care of it. I woke up last night with roaches crawling on me. I called the holiness and filed a complaint. I talked to the manager they said they would move me to another room at sleep until a new room could be made ready. So far u have not received any calls or had management fix the situation. I would leave except no one has any rooms available due to the storms.

The hotel was very nice. It is in a great location. Customer service was always very helpful and respectful. The place is clean, beds are comfy, and the room attendants was always on point. I stayed here for about 3 days. I would defiantly come back.
Extremely kind staff and very understanding staff; my service dog who’s getting older and closer to retirement had an accident while walking into the lobby the front desk gave me a bag to clean it up and was extremely understanding and said they were gonna mop the floor anyway. As embarrassing as that is for both me and my very clearly embarrassed service dog who was then standing there looking at me with his tail down the staff didn’t yell at us for the accident or anything of the sort. The room is also very clean and spacious. I used to do housekeeping for a five star hotel my standards for a clean room a high but not outrageous but this hotel is definitely clean and worth every penny. Would definitely recommend and would stay again.
Very clean. Would definitely stay there again, housekeeping was rather rude but all together despite that, it was refreshing.
I'm telling ya'll this place is great for the money! I figured because it was cheap it would be sketchy at least but I'm happy I picked it. I don't just have a room I have an apartment!
