We've called Alan in two lawn irrigation emergency situations in the past year and both times the service was excellent. He came out the day of the call both times and got major leaks stopped immediately (without shutting off my water main), then scheduled a time within a week to come out and complete repairs. We have been completely satisfied with the service provided and will be calling in the future with any further issues.

Seriously! Great price, timely response, and a wealth of knowledge and available services to include: irrigation/sprinkler's, tree service contact, and much, much more. All, in which I'm choosing him to handle as well. I'm a 26 year military veteran, and his way of servicing is the way I'm accustomed to, similar to services I have provided toward others. Alan and Anthony were as professional as they come. My irrigation was a 13 zone system and it works great. The equipment they provide was better than any other company was offering. These guys worked before sun up and after the sun was down with flash lights to get the job done. Since the installation, I broke part of the system installing a fence, Alan responded very quickly and had it repaired the next morning. A delivery truck delivering tons of rock broke a head and both Alan and Anthony were out the same day to repair it. A huge plus was that he did not hire subcontractors, he was present and a participant in the entire process. If the rest of the world would take some notes from these guys on what customer service is supposed to be, the world would be a better place. This process was a breath of fresh air. Highly recommend!!
