I usually dread going into these stores with my daughter. But we hit jackpot this time! The store manager, Jennifer, helped my daughter before I met up with her there. Jennifer was so GOOD at her job. She helped my daughter find the perfect fitting bra & it took a long time, but Jennifer never made my daughter feel like she was asking for something unobtainable! She ran back & forth getting her different sizes, trying different styles until finally she came up with the perfect combination & it fit! Now my daughter bought 4 of the same, in different colors & felt so good instead of defeated as many other times at our outlet store & large mall store. How absolutely lucky we were to get Jennifer helping us. And we saw how well she assisted her employees as she explained some of our returns, making it faster for us to do everything at once. Thanks Jennifer!
