Took my granddaughter there to shop for her birthday. Every one of the sales staff were helpful and really nice to work with. The reason I did not give it 5 stars was because when we went to pay we were told that our particular jeans were not part of a promotion they were running saying buy one pair of jeans and receive the 2nd pair for 50% off. When were walking around all the jeans advertised the 50% off price, I felt it was miss leading.

Went here to buy some slacks for a new job. The associate who assisted with answering my questions was awesome. I felt welcomed, heard, and understood. However the cashier was... unfriendly. She wasn’t necessarily rude, but the couple brief interactions between us were a bit uncomfortable. At least I ended up with some amazing jeans. They’ve become my favorite pair because they not only fit perfectly, but they have the biggest pockets out of all my pairs. Pockets are important, ladies, am I right?!

My 15 y/o daughter l-o-v-e-s this place. The staff is so friendly and helpful. I actually dont mind taking her there. I just wish they had "guy"chairs. Because we tend to be there a while
Staff is energetic and friendly - very helpful in finding what your looking for. They had a great sale when I was there everything BOGO 50% Off!! AE is the only clothing I will wear.. quality & affordable!
