My company needed a custom built system capable of running old DOS programs. We emailed Beyound PC our specifications and the software it needed to run. We normally purchase all our systems from Dell, but a Dell special configured system was too expensive. Beyond PC Built, tested and shipped it to Texas. We highly recommend this company.

I installed a new CPU fan on my own. When I went to turn the computer back on, nothing worked! The fee for looking at the hardware and diagnosing the problem was given up front, and was only applicable if they did not service the computer. They confirmed the issue over the phone, so I asked them to repair for me. I was able to drop the computer off at noon, and they had figured out the problem and fixed before 5 pm! Super fast!
Paid 150 for new power supply part & installation for Samsung TV. TV was returned with the back off, stand unassembled and bag of screws. Tested set when I got home, but TV didn't work. Took the TV to another repair company, who diagnosed the problem as the power supply. They replaced the power supply, and TV worked fine. Power supply installed by Beyond PC 10 days prior had corroded components, and water damage. Beyond PC charged us for a new power supply, but clearly we did not receive a NEW part. Notified owner in writing, but no response. After 10 days, I went to the store in person, with the old part, and owner refused to honor warranty, saying I should have brought the TV back to them so they could have handled the problem. I wasn't about to take the TV back considering the way it was returned to us. Buyer beware. I do not recommend this company.
Great store! Sold me a great gaming PC for a reasonable price! Also installed USB 4.0 ports for me!
I've never had anything but great service from Beyond PC over the years and they are also one of the few remaining computer shops where they actually keep the price of their hardware competitive with places like Newegg and Microcenter. There are times where I will stop in to buy a part at Beyond PC because I know that should I have issues they are normally willing to help.
i love this place helped me out a lot
very unfriendly. the lady doesnt tell you everything up front, read everything carefully, and if you leave your device there, you have to pay 20 to get it back
