I'm scared to tell you how much I appreciate her because I don't want long waits to see her. Been seeing her for 20 years. She's bright attentive and works with me in staying or getting healthy.

I've been going to see Glessner since I was a small child, my parents have been seeing her since before that and I've been taking my kids there since they were born. Since they moved their office from the small building to the exton center, I've had nothing but issues and mostly with the front desk staff. They obviously knew it was a problem because they chose to make a change maybe a year ago, so you could still see the old front desk ladies and they have their own area now. While I was happy to see that it's still lost a lot of personal touch. A newer receptionist I've gotten on the phone multiple times is always un helpful and frankly sometimes rude. I'm hoping I run into Dr.Glessner somewhere because I honestly feel she likely doesnt know how awful it is to deal with or I don't think she'd have it. But good luck getting an appointment with her other than a sick visit and you'd better be dying. OH and don't dare ask to leave a message for her because \SHES TOO BUSY FOR THAT\ according to the nightmare receptionist, even if its a real concerning matter from a previous visit. THANK GOD FOR ANITA or I would have left a long time ago and after todays situation with this awful lady It just may have been the last straw. Glessner herself deserves more stars but unfortunately the system creates an unpleasant experience.
