The Children's Dental Health office in Exton is absolutely exceptional. They are, and always have been, spic and span clean, absolutely nothing but friendly and professional, and above all else they are so wonderful with all of the kids. I have been taking my kids here for over 3 years. I have multiple children. The LEAST stressful part about getting all of my young children into the dentist office... is the part where we are actually in the office and they are getting their teeth cleaned. I guess the the staff must train for multiple children families.... because they keep it SMOOTH, and moving along. And I absolutely love the dentist herself, she is the best!! Thank-you everyone at the Exton office!!! You make it a pleasure and not a chore.

I have been looking for a dental care for my daughter and every place than I call they give me some excuses .for not insurance or because she is C.P .I came to this please and they accept to give me an appointment right away. I am so pleased to find this dental care. Now I have my two children in here . Thank you so much for all

For the most part we really like this dentists office for my daughter. Would have rated 5 stars but the last appointment we had they were running really late and did not communicate that to us at any point. We were not seen until an hour after our appointment time. Had we not had to wait that long or if the wait had been better communicated to us I would give them 5 stars. Overall aside from this we are happy with their work.

I would discourage anyone seeking orthodontic care with Children’s Dental Health (Downingtown). I went in for a scheduled appointment for my son, who is currently a patient with the Exton location. I arrived early to complete our “new patient” paperwork. I included all of my insurance information. Once I was called back to the exam room, I was met by two dental hygienist and the dentist. The dentist went on to tell me about the potential treatment plan. She began telling me what my “state insurance” may or may not cover. She mentioned “state insurance” several times. Finally, one of the hygienist told the Dentist that I had private insurance through my husbands employer. The Dentist didn’t even bother to check my paperwork that I came in early to fill out. She assumed I carried state insurance and obviously showed her bias. After the hygienist told her we had private insurance, the dentist said, we’ll just disregard everything that I just said regarding the state insurance. She said that the office manager would call me with the final figures for my out of pocket cost once they ran the plan through my insurance company. I was told I would hear back in 24 hours, I never heard back from them. It’s been 4 weeks. I keep calling and can’t get through. I just would like to have my referral form back so I can take my child to an orthodontist who bothers to look at our paperwork and not make assumptions and she bias to patients. They also tried to have my son get a panoramic x-ray when he had already had one with their same practice just a couple of months earlier. I wouldn’t trust them with my child’s dental care needs.

They were great with my kids and they loved actually going to the dentist!
