I like Cinnabon’s have to admit. But I wanted to buy a 4 pack and since they didn’t have a pre-boxed they wanted to charge me for four individuals. Told me it was store policy. Way to lose a sale and irritate a customer. Since I could tell my comment would never make it past the clerk I decided to share in a review. 4 pack is a 4 pack it should not have different pricing because the store did have any boxes setup!
This is one of my grandchildren’s favorite stops in Exton mall. Too bad the whole mall is shutting down.
Exton Plaza- nice mall with a Cinnabon store. The buns are ALWAYS fresh and delicious here.
Stopped by there today at 12:00 the day after Christmas. No boxes of buns ready and when we asked when they might have some we were told it would be a long time. The employees acted like they had no clue what they were doing. Very disappointing.
Closed for good.
