One of the best decisions I’ve made in the journey of being my best self was signing up here! I originally signed up to lose weight and I have (32 lbs) but it didn’t take long for me to realize how much I love everything about this place! The instructors/ coaches are amazing, knowledgeable, and genuinely care about your success. The people who are there with you quickly become family and are always willing to help in anyway they can. Staff is always friendly... great workout. Cant wait to continue my journey with dragon gym and all the people in it to see where it takes me... but I know with being here I’m definitely in the right hands.

Dragon Gym is an amazing place.I have been there for 8 years.This gives you a chance to make new friends.Every day I look forward to my next class.All of my peers have a positive attitude and are very helpful during my time there.My instructor is outstanding he is a huge support.Everyone should go to Dragon Gym.!!!!!!!!!!!

Well one thing is clean and professional. It been a long 2020 my 9 yr old boy was looking for a outlet after virtual classes all day.So we started our son was so happy and feeling good after each class he has had so far . The team was great about confirming and making sure all My needs were met and questions answered. Wow that’s all I can say. Thanks to the staff and Lonnie at the Dragon Gym in Exton

It's hard to find a martial arts gym that teaches good technique, runs a good program and also is clean and professional. the squeaky clean joints teach nonsense and the good technique is often found in gyms that are cold and dirty. Dragon gym manages to teach fantastic classes while being run like a five star business. I love this place.
