Jena is incredible! It was such a pleasure to work with her, and the florals for our wedding looked absolutely gorgeous. From our initial consultation, I could tell that she understood the look & feel I was envisioning, and the results were above and beyond what I had expected. When the weather for our outdoor venue was looking iffy, Jena was great at communicating our options and was amazingly flexible in adjusting our ceremony backdrop last minute when the sun came out just in time. Jena was also very mindful of our budget and gave great advice on where to source additional decor inexpensively. Everything looked magical, and we received so many compliments from our guests. I 100% recommend Jena Paige!

Had a phenomenal experience working with Jena while ordering flowers for my Mom's birthday (which happened to be a holiday). I live in Southern California, and Jena went above and beyond to accommodate my requests. I didn't give much direction but she was still able to deliver an arrangement that made my mom say "Wow!!!!!!" She was especially thrilled to be able to support a local business owner. I was so happy with the entire process and will absolutely think of Jena the next time I need any flower deliveries in the Greater West Chester area.
My elderly father ordered some flowers his wife for mother's day, and paid nearly 60. When he went to pick it up, he got a tiny arrangement of cheap carnations, three small roses, one little sunflower and a few others thrown in a mason jar. I took a picture of it with my hand to illustrate the size. I felt very sorry for him, he was so disappointed. Really? He could have bought a much nicer arrangement for less than half the price at Wegmans. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

My wife dealt with Nicole, and couldn’t have been more pleased with everything turned out for our wedding. We had some last minute requests that were met with no hesitation, and ease. The flowers looked amazing!
I received an arrangement two weeks ago and was very disappointed in it. Unfortunately, my arrangement looked NOTHING like the photo. Not even close. I understand that some flowers may change due to season but the website says that they will be exchanged with flowers of equal value. There is no way that was followed in my case. He website also says that the vase color may change, but they gave me a completely different, small vase. I was given the butterfly garden arrangement and it simply had a wire butterfly in the middle of a very mediocre arrangement. The order was placed several days before the delivery so I’m upset that it wasn’t planned better before that. I am all for supporting small, local businesses and that is why my boyfriend ordered from here.... but for the price, (one of the more expensive arrangements) I was completely underwhelmed and disappointed. I have seen this shops work before and am a huge fan :(
Jena was wonderful! I wasn't sure what flowers I wanted or what was in bloom during the season our wedding was in. She helped me decide what look I wanted for the bouquets and what colors would work together. She is amazing and so sweet! I am so happy I chose her to help with our special day and make it so beautiful.
