I have lived in a Hankin Property for 7 years. Recently there were two issues with their online automated payment system accepting updated account information and/or routing numbers. When I checked with the \assistant manager\ via email and phone the rent had posted, but then days later I was told \NSF\ which is untrue. They then proceeded to charge me NSF and and late fees. This has happened two months in a row (seperate banks/new accounts), these changes were made due to the pandemic and keeping certain funds organized under the direction of my accountant. I have no other payment issues with other vendors. The rent has been paid on time for 7 years and through the pandemic. When I reached back out to the \Assistant Manager\ she didn't even bother to return my call or email. They locke dme out of the online sytem and required a certified check rather then let me try to update the information after speaking with Citi Bank. It seems I am not the only resident that has had issues with the online payment system after speaking with other residents and my neighbors.

We have lived at a lot of places - both renting & owning. Unfortunately, we have been very disappointed with the construction of our apartment. Our bedrooms are on the 1st floor - with another floor in between - we can hear our neighbor walking around & her conversations. For the money we spend - it should be sound proof. We are seriously considering not renewing the lease. Bummed!!
