Staff here was friendly and very helpful. They were great with communicating with my 8 year old son and getting him excited about different things he could find in the store. The store is well stocked and clean. My favorite part of this location is that it has kept the "Hot Topic" feel from the early 2000's rather than forgoing the underground feel that some others have opted for. It still feels like an alternative store rather than a mainstream store.

The coworkers there were very helpful. They helped me find what I was looking for and informed me about the deals going on. The most impressive part of the store is how the nostalgia can hit when you see Pokemon, Harry Potter, Disney, or Beetlejuice merchandise. If I had more time I would have indulged myself more. A service and marketing.
