Girl taking my order at drive thru wasn’t paying attention and never confirmed what I told her, so naturally when I got to the window she gave me the wrong drink I ordered. She refused to fix HER mistake, called me a liar and said if I wanted the correct drink to go through the drive thru again. The line was crazy long, didn’t have time for that and because of her mistake my daughter was sad that she didn’t get the freeze she wanted and hated the one she received. That woman was incredibly rude I cannot believe she talked to me the way she did and refused to fix her mistake. I would not recommend coming here, go to a better location.

I remember when you got a two-piece meal and a came with potatoes coleslaw a biscuit and two decent sized pieces of chicken , The leg was so tiny it took two bites. Now let's talk about that taco there ,could you spare the meat lots of lettuce to make it look big.I don't even know what those things were all I could say is they tasted like flavorless chips. The tables in the lobby were dirty the only two clean tables were back near the restrooms and all of a sudden the guy came over and wanted to block it off so I asked us to move.I guess mopping that floor back there was more important than cleaning all the tables in the lobby.
Multiple times I've gone around 8ish (they're open hours after that) only to be told they don't have chicken... or they don't have another staple item... I'm sorry I'm forgiving but avoid this KFC. It also takes forever to get your food.
Don’t have new items that just came out. Very slow drive thru times. Horrible customer service over the mic. Horrible customer service at the window. Almost out of everything you ask for. It’s very unfortunate to have to come here eveytime and have a bad experience. Every time. Need better customer service training.
